yay, deviation!!
sorry i haven't been on for a while. i've actually been tired, had no access to a computer of i had no ideas. in addition, i finally got around to learn how to use Channels to make selections, and it works!!
plus i worked more with Levels, Layer Masks and just overall trying to make it look realistic...

i did Vince Neil from Motley Crue. i found this picture and i had to do something with it. so i practiced my skills. i need to look up my water resources, obviously i don't own them. or the picture of Neil.
